My friend can't play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn on the PS4 because every time it gets to the same exact download point, it says "Error: Unable to download patch files." He's tried changing to WP2, changing to static IP, using a phone as a hotspot, nothing is working. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
